Mastering the basics of the breath, flowing with the fundamental principle of the breath tied to movement, as in yoga, Tai Chi, martial and so on, we can integrate the breath seamlessly into our daily life. This is how we master our bodies. This is how we manage our emotions consistently. This is how we move our spirit, as we move with spirit. And this is the subject matter that will be discussed today. Bringing clarity and ease to the flow of life, using it's most fundamental element. We will delve into what creates breathing exercises. How to link the breath to general movement and adjust some movements to create a dynamic sequence from our basic day to day walk. Doing this will allow us to experience the benefits of yoga without having to stop and go to a class or separate time out from the day for individual practice. Another magnificent aspect of what we will discuss is truly becoming fluid with movement that will allow Grace and ease of flow, that will minimize impactand injury, and strengthen and tone the muscles and joints. Building this foundation will aid your preparation and flow into any physical activity. It will minimize aches and pains and the experience we called aging. Imagine moving like a 20 year old dancer or martial artist at the age of 60 and beyond, without having been trained in either!
