Iyanifa Adeloye TaShia Asanti

Iyanifa (E-yah-nee-fah) Adeloye (Ah-day-loy-yay) Ta’Shia (Tah-Shee-ah) Asanti (Ah-sawn-tay) is an award-winning journalist, author of 9 books, activist and celebrated speaker.

Also a renown spiritual teacher and Yoruba Priestess, Ifalade’s priestly work has transformed trauma, violence and oppression into gardens, institutions, books and films.

Founder of the international Ifa temple, Ile Ori Ogbe Egun, for 24 years Iyanifa Adeloye has educated Ile members and allies on the rich beauty of ATR.


Iyanifa Adeloye splits her time between serving as Director of the I-Teach Love Institute and Founder/Director of the Healing Racism Academy.


Ifalade uses her platforms in broadcast and social media to counter messages of hate, discrimination and exclusion with messages that promote inclusivity, healing and love.
